Excellent

Positives: The room was clean. The AC was cold. The hotel offered free sparkling and still water daily . The towels and bedding weee clean. The closet space was generous. The cleaning staff were friendly. The maintenance crew or maybe it was the cleaning supervisor for our floor, however, was not helpful. Our bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder and a broken soap dispenser. When I informed the hotel cleaning supervisor of this she suggested I just put toilet paper roll back on the broken holder and let it fall off to the floor with each use or suggested I could fix the broken holder or just put the roll on the floor or atop the other new rolls of toilet paper which were stacked on the floor. As for the soap dispenser she said I should just keep pushing the broken soap dispenser upright when I wanted to use it although she saw that it would not stay upright and it shot soap out sideways as it immediately toppled over again. In over a week’s stay at this Pullman, these items were not fixed. The staff at the 2nd floor restaurant and bar were SO RUDE. The drinks and food there were horrible. The morning buffet in the hotel was a ZOO of people and the food was mediocre at best. It was very expensive at €70 for two people. It was loud, chaotic, and the food was mostly tasteless because it sat for hours being overcooked from heating lamps. It was a massive buffet if you like that but the staff were at best disinterested.
