O hotel tem uma vista incrível, ao lado do rio. As comodidades são simples, porém bem decoradas, como se fossem a casa de uma mãe ou avó. Tudo bem limpo e bem cuidado. Eu com toda certeza voltaria e recomendaria aos meus amigos. O Renato que nos atendeu é uma pessoa maravilhosa, nos ajudou muito com os passeios e sobre a cultura inca.

The location was perfect. Extremely nice family running the property. I would highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious enough. The location was close enough to everything but far enough that it was relatively quiet at night. The family who runs the hotel were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was great.

Es un lugar con verdadero encanto, al lado de un rio, y en un edificio que encaja con el entorno. No tiene calefacción, pero nosotros no tuvimos frio. El personal es excelente. La única pega es que deberían arreglar el tema de las televisiones que no sintonizan ningún canal

We loved this place. The location, the staff, the accommodations, all were exceptional. The rushing of the river and the morning views from our room made every day a delight. Our host was extremely helpful and kind. We are grateful for his attention to detail. We stayed therefor 5 days and felt we could have stayed longer. Most make Ollantaytambo an overnight stop. That would be a mistake. The easy environment and the natural beauty of the town is something to treasure. Thank you for making our stay delightful.

A short walk from the Main Street but I love it because it’s located just besides the river so you get a “retreat vibe” that is so amazing! I got a balcony room that’s facing the mountain and constantly hear the river gushing through.. I can’t really ask for more! Renee has been amazing! He constantly attentive and asking what I need to make my stay better, to be honest there’s nothing more! I love that after the breakfast I would have a cup of coffee with my book and reading with the mountain view and the river sound.
