I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the spotless, comfortable room to the friendly and professional staff. The hotel felt very luxurious while also being incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location was excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything Kraków has to offer. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Kraków. Highly recommended!

The best place to stay in Krakow

We were moved four times in 6 days, from room to room because they booked other people. The a/c was broken in one of our suites & they gave us a plastic fan ! The reception desk is run by mean girls from HS with bad attitudes towards Americans. Housekeeping didn’t change our pillowcases, they just flipped them over stains & all . The general manager is unreachable & unresponsive to the problems in this so called 5 star hotel. The staff told us that the whole hotel was understaffed & it was quite obvious. The rooftop bar closed way earlier than advertised, elevators broken, ac problems, AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! This is run as 3 stars at best , save your money !!!! Americans avoid this place !

I loved everything. The people, the building, the food, the location. It was beyond perfect

Wonderful experience. Very responsive staff. Every contact with anyone with the hotel went beyond expectations. Not a single negative. Complete luxury. The restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was excellent.

The beds are very comfortable and the food at Hours is delicious. The rooms generally face inwards to the garden so you don’t hear the chaos from city center. We had a difficult check-in and didn’t find the front-desk staff helpful or caring, even though we had booked a suite for 5 nights. We were placed to wait in the garden while our room was being prepared and given menus to have something to eat or drink while we waited. No one attended to us for the hour we waited and when we finally went inside to inquire about the room, we mentioned no one even came to ask if we’d like water. They bluntly responded, “you should’ve gone to get a waiter.” They then brought us to our room where the cleaning staff were still inside. The staff member ran off after seeing this to figure it out, leaving us in the hallway without direction. We eventually walked back downstairs to wait another half hour for them to find a different room, which we again had to go and ask about ourselves. We wouldn’t typically complain about these things but the treatment wasn’t the 5-star quality the hotel markets and got which we paid.
