部屋にある露天風呂が良かったです。 食事も大変満足しました。

Our room overlooked the treed face of the cliff, down to the stream at the bottom. It was very relaxing. The staff were all very welcoming, and the half board dinner and breakfast were amazing.

部屋付きのお風呂は広くて清潔でとても良かったです 洗面台が二つあって使いやすかったです お部屋のコーヒーが紙コップだったのがちょっと残念でした

孫との旅❗️ 部屋風呂、いいお湯♨️で満喫しました。 料理も美味かった😋

喫煙所が清潔でゆっくりできた。

別部屋で部屋朝、夕食。 レベル高いお食事。 ロビーでコーヒー、アルコール含むドリンクサービス、姉妹旅館原瀧(歩いてすぐ)に送迎サービス。 スタッフの方々も礼儀正しく、最高に癒されました

客室担当の方が気さくで気の利く方だったので、 とても良かったです 友達が誕生日でホテルからフルーツの盛り合わせも出して頂き とても良い思い出になりました

The hotel is situated up in the mountain and built right next to hill side. A great place to relax and just unwind closed to the nature. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were at the hotel ahead of the check in time and they were eager to safekeep our luggage while we ventured out for some sightseeings. The dinner and breakfast were served to us in a private room. Not only was the quality of food top notched, the dedicated staff who was served us was the epitome of Japanese hospitality. Despite our lack of Japanese, she did her best (with the help of a electronic translator) to explain the courses and made us feel very pampered and comfortable. The property and decor does look a bit tired and dated. But the services were impeccable and that more than made up for the somewhat outdated hardware. All in all, a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

The place is very calm and quiet. Dinner is excellent. We were able to enjoy many different kind of local dishes. Private outdoor bath is perfect.
