Clean room, walking distance to the old town but horrible service our booking included breakfast but not breakfast was served. Not one is there to answer any questions This is an apartment not a hotel and they should mention that on the booking websites

We liked everything except that the shower head was only a hand held sprayer which makes washing your hair difficult. Everything else was wonderful!

Suprisingly very roomy interior, great access to city center, very, very helpful staff

Location of hotel is perfect and size of room is very big.

Fantastic place where we stayed as a family. Very clean and well maintained apartment, as well as friendly staff and good regular cleaning. Highly recommended :)

Minimalist, but cosy decor - smart tv and large four poster bed. Generous room size, brilliant value for quality and friendly helpful staff. Slightly out the way of the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood, but quick and easy access by tram - best of both worlds. Great for a couples get away.

Was so much nicer than just a hotel room having the kitchen and lounge area. The quality of the property was good...and the TV’s were great with Netflix! Could have done with a couple more mugs in kitchen and a tea towel/cloth for tidying any mess, especially if only there for 2-3 days, so no time to sauce these items. Would certainly use again if I needed to stay in Frankfurt.

For us great location. Tram and train station right at the door. Supermarket, Bakery, and other shops within 100m. Cafe’s and restaurants within 300m, walking distance to CBD. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortable bed, very pleasant. Would stay again

Phenomenal location, great staff, excellent apartment-style room. Only thing I would have liked is air-conditioning because Germany is so hot this year. I recommend this location very highly.
