Breakfast was fresh and hot. Rooms very clean and recently refurbished.

Nice place, clean and low price.

When we arrived to the hotel, the staff told us they didn’t have any rooms that we booked available, so they offered to upgrade our stay for free. They called the next day to tell us we had to move rooms because someone had booked the suite they gave us. When we said we were not at the hotel, they were very rude and told me they would charge me for the upgraded room. After arguing they agreed to let us stay in the upgraded room. However, they continued to pester us our entire stay about moving rooms, we had staff show up to knock on our door at 9am, constant calls, and when I finally gave up and told them to switch the room, they said it was too late and were very rude about the entire situation. Would not recommend this stay to anyone. The only good part is the parking, and even then it’s impossible to find a spot because random people park in the lot every day.

Great stay, Great location, beautiful room.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the breakfast lady was very kind. Everything was great, and the hotel is in a very convenient location. The only thing I would say wasn’t 100% was the indoor pool, which could use a little more maintenance. Overall, we had a great stay.

I booked a four-night stay but only managed to stay for three nights. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the attractions. The breakfast was average, but the first room I was given was a complete disaster. I found cleaning issues, a terrible TV signal, and even worse Wi-Fi inside the room. To make matters worse, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was designed to pull air out and blow heat inside, which was uncomfortable. Fortunately, I received an upgrade to the newest building, which was much cleaner, larger, and had a better view. However, after just one night, I noticed a small roach in the bathroom. We decided to check out the next day for that reason. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and the staff is friendly. However, the facilities need a lot of attention and improvement.

Outside pool was very strong smelling of chlorine, our room door was not sealed all the way and we could see light thru it, our room had like a carpet remnants over the original carpet, our toilet would not stop running. Indoor pool that is supposed to be heated was like ice water

This hotel was what we expected for the price. The location was great, being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go was the best part. Check in was easy. The room was mostly clean, the room we stayed in had the jetted tub in the room and it did not look clean, I wouldn’t have trusted using it. The room could use some updates such as the carpet which had stains everywhere, not just one but like the whole floor. The air conditioning unit seemed moldy, my husband had a scratchy throat after staying in the room. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but was lacking, no water available at breakfast, barely any coffee creamer. We did not use the outdoor pool, but we did see other people using it and it looked clean. Overall, it was what we expected for the price.

I had one problem with this hotel, otherwise the location, cleanliness and value were excellent. We left our room at 11:00 am. We returned at 9:30 P.M. and our room was unlocked and the door was proped wide open and the room was not serviced. Housekeeping started to clean our room but didn't do the job and moved on. I can handle the room not being serviced but the fact they left my families property exposed for 10 1/2 hours was not acceptable. When I reported this to the Assistant Manager the next morning, she seemed not very concerned and offered nothing to correct the mistake.
