お菓子や飲み物のサービス、シャンプーやトリートメントを選べるサービス、化粧水や乳液、メイク落とし、洗顔などは完璧に揃っており、さらにはヘアアイロンや、充電器も備えられており、部屋もとても広く綺麗で、完璧すぎました。スタッフさんの対応も丁寧で何もいうことがありません。私は平気でしたが、駅から少し歩くなと捉えられる方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。

綺麗で広々。いつも快適です。 飲食店も近くにたくさんあり、駐車場も無料で出張の時は重宝します。

客室、洗面、風呂が広くて清潔。 とてもリラックスできる。

ゆっくりできました

Spacious, clean and quiet room with a Japanese style bathroom (Spa!?). Easy check in and check out at 11am (self or staff). A convenient location, 5min (cab)from JR Wakayama, half a block from the main street where all Izakaya, restaurants, bakery and convenience stores are. Walking distance from JR Wakayama. Friendly staffs on site!

Hotel was very nice with high quality amenities. The most impressive is the service. I am writing to praise the manager Sumita San. When I asked him for a booking change, he was extremely helpful. This made this hotel very memorable for us.

Clean and quiet area with privacy

The hotel was spacious with a queen size bed. Great bathroom, separate toilet. Good location. Very clean and modern.
