You can only communicate with the host via whats app and responses are slow. It had everything we needed but kitchen and common are are very small. It feels more like a hotel and then a home .

Apartment´s condition was excellent but the neighborhood is not the best. it is very central though. checkin was not the smoothest because the checkin form requires all guests to fill their ID data, and even if one ID is missing or not accepted by their system, the rest of the group is not able to enter.

The property itself was great! Very clean and lots of room for our family to sleep with two bathrooms! However, the immediate area was not very nice and we felt nervous walking at night, but that was easily solved with taxis home at night. Also the air conditioning did not work very well.

The apartment is very good, nearby the city center, check in and check out are easy

Rooms were clean and price was great. On the down side the location felt sketchy and we did not feel safe getting back late. Access was challenging when we arrived and it took multiple calls to get access to the building and then to the rooms. Staff on the premises was super nice and helpful once we were able to connect.

Simple place to stay.

The property is nice and clean easy check in and check out but the AC was broken and with the high temperature was a terrible stay. We call but no solution

The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable, too thin. Communication in English was not available.

The bathroom certainly had not been thoroughly cleaned which was a turn off but the place had not only a washer but clothing dryers which was a lifesaver. With a large cleaning fee, you would expect at least a clean place to stay. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but was close to a park and some good restaurants.
