Everything was excellent. Except the hot food choices at breakfast.

Very convenient location from train station and visit center of city. Good breakfast, helpful staffs.

Very satisfied with everything, would definitely go again.

The rooms are clean, the staff is excellent, and the bartender is very friendly. The location is also convenient, with easy access to groceries, restaurants, and various activities.

Excellent Hotel and Service

Amazing stay. Great staff, friendly and accommodating. Fantastic Breakfast. Right next to Potsdam Hbf trains, trams, busses, Bahnhofspassage and restaurants. Situated next to Blu Freizatbad. And near Kunsthaus. Just stations away from Schloss Charlottenhof and Sanssouci. Will be back!

overall it was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. The room was very basic, simple layout, minimal amenities, and no standout features. Definitely felt more functional than cozy. If you’re looking for a straightforward place it does the job. Just don’t expect anything luxurious or special. It’s comfortable but pretty standard.

There was no equipment for gym. That place was completely empty.

The hotel is very good. However, to find the hotel was difficult as there was no sign showing Holiday Inn. There is a sauna, but additional charge is needed. It is not a facility for customer?
