The hotel was decent. At check in, was notified of additional fees (i.e. if we needed more towels than what was provided it would be additional $3, if locked out of hotel $10, and they attempted to charge additional fee for my husband staying in the room). Had to have room key to even enter the hotel. We were only staying one night, but it would be nice to know all these fees prior to booking.

Very dirty place, the room smell gross

The room stunk of body odor as if it hadn't been cleaned throughly. Bathroom door had been kicked in. The refrigerator look like it had been beat with a baseball bat. Front counted was closed when we arrived to check in, host acted annoyed when we called the number provided for contact to checkin.

Great hotel

Very secure property. Close to everything.

The place was cool just don’t forget your kitchen utensils

Do not book here! I made an online reservation through Hotels.com at a very good rate which is why I selected this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk employee very graciously offered to check me in early. I thought how fantastic! She begins asking how many staying in the room and everyone's names. Should have been my first clue as there was an online booking and all of that information was there through Hotels.com. I didn't realize there was a problem until day 2 when we were locked out of our room. Went to front desk and was told we owed much more money. I tried looking up reservation through Hotels.com and couldn't find the information. She is still telling me I owe more money. We are there my kids are there at this point do we just leave? I look at bank statement, the amount she's asking for has already been pulled from my account. She then texts a photo of my bank statement to her "boss" and proceeds to reactivate my room keys. Now being home from my sons birthday weekend and settled, I realized she did not use my booking through Hotels.com and all of my charges were directly to WoodSpring Suites and largely over the amount I would have paid through Hotels.com. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

The stay was great , the rooms were great , the hotel was as listed , the only complaint that me or the many people that were with the same group had was the front desk lady Rby , she was very rude and if you asked for anything or needed anything she either was snappy or acted put out . Other than her the stay was great.
