超讚 Bedroom and hotel very clean, beds comfortable. All the staff very cheerful and helpful. Location excellent beside tram stop. Couple of tram stops from main train station in Krakow and to the old town. Paid for breakfast as part of booking, had good variety of food. Only down side was lack of labelling which I appreciate as someone with food allergies as means I don’t have to speak to the kitchen. Would stay again

The service was excellent, the staff very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Hot and cold water, tea, and coffee were available on every floor. The room and bathroom were a good size, and the bed was very comfortable.
