Beautiful and well groomed property with well behaved staff. They should add water tanks/emergency water supply sources when the power goes out. My parents had hard time using restroom in the middle of a dark night after a storm.

The unit we stayed in was charming with a kitchenette and a lovely spacious bathroom and a cute back patio. Easy access to the Finger Lakes Region. I would say the only downside was no free ice on site. You can VENMO your ice purchase, which is fine, if you have VENMO. We don’t.

Cottage style cozy rooms, plenty of parking, and self-checkin. However, our room had shared walls with two adjacent rooms. The walls are VERY thin. We could hear everything.
