Great staff. Very loud air conditioner in my tiny room and down comforter as only sleeping option were my only complaints.

Small boutique hotel. Clean friendly and comfortable. And location location location!!

This is a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. We stayed only one night and if needed we could have stayed long. Next time we are in Philly we will absolutely stay there again. It’s no frills but doesn’t need to be!

The room was clean, friendly and helpful staff. The only downfall was the parking.

Amazing Saatva mattress. Going to look for one for my own home

The location was great. Near the Philadelphia Art Museum and close to restaurants. But they had scant front desk service. And way too many high tech amenities which were frustrating to use. The hallways were not lit until you stepped into them. A little scary as there was a delay before they turned on. I’d go back if I were going to the Philadelphia Art museum but I’d stay at a more traditional hotel if I were visiting other historical sites.

Staff was great

Easy parking out front. Great neighborhood. Quiet, comfortable room. Close to tourist spots and nearby colleges. Will definitely come back.

Nice hotel. Good location. Very clean. Would recommend

The staff in general was very kind. Our room was very quiet which we appreciated, and I must say the best part of this hotel would be the bed! Extremely comfortable mattress and even more comfortable pillows…they would not provide us with two duvets as they said, they did not have the inventory for that which I found odd. I realize this is a small hotel however, this is not an extremely unusual request in the hospitality industry to have a bed made up German style. Unfortunately the other issue that occurred was the housekeeping crew threw away my bag of freshly purchased pastries, and entire cake. Although they did provide us with a late check out, I don’t feel that this was compensation enough. The staff member that I reported the issue with was extremely kind and apologetic, and also apologized on behalf of The person working in the housekeeping department that afternoon. That being said I think management should have made more of an effort to remedy the situation and compensate for it. The location is great, but don’t have high expectations in terms of amenities.
