We loved Le Sen and spent a wonderful three days there in the Villa room. Everything about our stay was top notch. In particular, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and service were 5 star in every way. We would absolutely stay there again on our next visit to Luang Prabang and highly recommend it!

The staff is really the star here. The property is beautiful and I have no complaints. But the attention to details of the staff in making sure my stay was premium. They went above and beyond. So surprised they offered dropoff /pick up to the city center as well as free bicycle rentals. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent. Everything was good except the shuttle service from and to airport. When i asked for the complimentary shuttle service from airport which was started on the website, they wanted to charge me US25 until i complaint and they gave me complimentary. When i asked for the same on the return trip, they wanted to charge me again US25 and refused to buldge. From the hotel to airport took only 20 mins. In the end i used the app Loca that cost me only 125K kib. That gave me alot of bad impression on them and i won’t book LE SEN again on my next trip.

Room was clean of a little small. Relaxed atmosphere and good spa. Staff could have spoken better English given clientele is mostly European.

The Service was the best. So kind, so willing to serve. All done with great grace and humility.

The concierge and staff were friendly. They helped us book a taxi service to get to places. We could easily rent bikes to go to the night market or other areas in town. Would recommend this place! Rooms were nice and clean. One issue though, our shower drain took long to drain so there is a tendency to flood. I hope this is only an issue for our room. (A03) Breakfast selection was great too!

This is delightful hotel that is elegant and has great service. The design inside and out is of high design quality

Amazing small boutique hotel if you don't mind not at town center although you can get free ride to it near the night market. Lovely breakfast!

An excellent option to stay. Right from check in, the staff were friendly and extremely attentive. The room was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The property is independently run, quiet and has a very personalised feeling. The gym was well equipped and pool was good. The breakfast was made to order and this really made for a great start to the day. I would recommend this place for couples or for people who to chill, rejuvenate in peace and get some amazing rest.
