華沙中心皇冠假日酒店 (Crowne Plaza Warsaw - The HUB by IHG)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

The breakfast service was excellent, 5/5 rating. The accommodations were excellent, cleanliness 5/5. The staff demonstrated exceptional service, also earning a 5/5 rating. However, the air conditioning system did not provide the desired level of comfort, particularly in comparison to rooms offering genuinely cold AC. It is possible that the eastern exposure of the hotel contributed to warmer temperatures and the hot summer, even with the curtains drawn. For guests prioritizing a superior city view, the east side is highly recommended over the west side, as a building obstructs the view. Overall, the experience was rated 5/5, primarily due to the outstanding hotel location, the professionalism of the staff, and the exceptional breakfast offerings. The roof top bar was 5/5 but get there early for nice seats overlooking the city.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. There was no noise from within the hotel or from the street. We found it easy to walk and explore or to use the trams which stop juat outside the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice of fresh food.

Clean, well located, excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Overall service and amenities were excellent.

My stay at the Crown Plaza was really nice. Although I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast buffet because I went to workout in the mornings, I swung by and it looked fabulous! The property has a small gym upstairs with bench press, free weights, treadmill, etc., enough to get a workout. The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially the concierge. It is a modern facility, which I prefer. Bathrooms are you up-to-date and clean. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The team were incredible. I travel a ton but what they do here is above and beyond and the property itself is also awesome. Keep the great work and value your front desk team, they are truly exceptional. And the breakfast is great.
