Great location with a beautiful mountain view. The unit is a bit outdated, but the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of supplies. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff was friendly — we even received our apartment earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus.
What I didn’t like about this rental concept is that guests are required to make the beds, take out the trash, and leave all utensils in the dishwasher before leaving. However, for those who enjoy this style of stay and are traveling with larger groups or parties, it’s a good option.

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Close parking including a garage for a shorter car. The hot tub in the building was excellent. Condo upgraded and spacious. The kitchen could have some more plates, bowls, platters, etc. but otherwise perfect place!!

The condo had a nice mountain vieq from the terrace deck. Mostly a quiet resort, accomodated by a single garage, accessing the condo easily. The kitchen rooms had the essentials, slow cooker, toaster, and dinnerware settings for 4 people. The coffee maker could use an upgrade, it wasn't great when dispensing the coffee. The bedrooms and living areas were comfortable, bathroom and showers were fine. We saved money preparing our own meals most of the time there. Breckenridge is expensive to eat out all the time, so buying groceries was a necessity. We'd recommend this resort for sure.
