Room was cleaned and staff are very frently. but the parking is bit expencive

Overall the stay was excellent - but the housekeeping was an area of improvement. The room on checkin had no bottle of water (which usually is provided, as I stay here every alternate week or so), and the dishwasher did not work and even caused a short circuit. Anyhow the feedback was well received by reception, and I am going to stay again at this property shortly. Hopefully they improve.

i'd like the bed to a have a nice top to make it a bit more soft but it wasn't too bad. Aircon was not powerful enough but that seems to be the norm in Germany.

The location is perfect for access to local attractions and the staff is excellent.

The room layout is great with plenty of space. The staff was also very friendly and willing to help.

Great room, layout and size. Really comfy bed. Very well equipped with cooker, oven, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Missing cutlery and vital corkscrew. Superb pool and sauna (with gym) on the 7th floor. Great location right next to the main train station.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good and good price price. Air conditioning is good

Good location, super close to the train station and quick walk to Little Tokyo for some good bites. Unfortunately my room was not ready for check in at the appropriate time and I felt some areas of the hotel could’ve been kept cleaner such aa the indoor pool area and breakfast was a little underwhelming. Overall a good stay for the price, though I’d recommend venturing out for breakfast.
