The front desk was amazing and very helpful. Arrived in the morning of the day of our check in and was given a room right away since it was available. The room itself was great as well and my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Great location across from the Marina (and Fresh Market) and short 7 min walk to all the restaurants in the Grove. There is a free Telsa ride available from the hotel to this area upon request. Lorena and staff are all helpful and a pleasure to work with. I booked 9 rooms for a wedding and they were a few glitches but feel confident Lorena will make it right. Lobby and rooms were very clean. Valet was quick and easy. A super place to stay if you want to be in the Grove and look at the ocean from your room!

This is a residential building turned hotel, don’t expect the vacation resort vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive. 409 room is two queen bed with balcony and view to another building and the street. It has a defective bathroom which leaks water outside while using the shower. On site restaurant is ok closes early. This is a valet only hotel, no onsite parking but you can either request a free ride within 2 mile radius which was convenient or request your vehicle, they are very expedious about it. Overall experience 3/5
