A very relaxing stay. The location was perfect for us and the room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the cafe and the restaurant at the same location.

Clean room. Nice area. Staffs should be more clear. Especially in the morning

Everything very good except rooms /towels not cleaned during our 5 day stay .Bins and rubbish not taken away.We were told at the end that you had to pay extra for that. Supermarket next door very handy

Front desk was great. Helped out with reservations, cab to the airport and translating aquarium site so we could buy tickets ahead of time

It was a really nice place to stay. The staff were very helpful. It is a nice location. The only negative was street noise from construction. We would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed staying at Hood House. Super convenient location and great vibes at their coffee shop and restaurant. Staff always smiley and helpful.

We stayed for a second time in this hotel and we love it. The only problem is that was pretty loud from the noice at the back of the building. Previous time we had a room facing the front street and was better.

We stayed at Hood House for a family weekend. The rooms are apartments and so are complete with crockery, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc. As apartments they are only serviced weekly, but anything needed (towels, toilet paper etc) was readily available from the reception staff, all of whom were really pleasant and helpful and spoke excellent English. Excellent public connections in the area for the airport, stations and places to visit in Hamburg.
