Não recomendo este hotel. Fomos mal atendidos no check-in e inicialmente colocados em um quarto sem condições de uso, com problemas estruturais, iluminação precária e banheiro inoperante. Após longa espera por manutenção, foi sugerido que utilizássemos o banheiro de outro quarto e voltássemos pro nosso pra dormir. Conseguimos uma troca apenas por volta das 23h. Apesar da cordialidade da equipe de limpeza e cozinha, o café da manhã é desorganizado, com falhas de reposição e conservação dos utensílios. As fotos não refletem a realidade do hotel.

Os funcionários nos atenderam bem, o que realmente percebemos é uma má administração em relação a demanda de final de ano (alta temporada). Por exemplo, solicitamos a arrumação de nosso quarto pela manhã e ao retornarmos, estava tudo do mesmo jeito, ou seja, nem o lixo do banheiro foi tirado. Minha esposa teve que levar o lixo duas vezes na lixeira. Pagamos quase 3 vezes a mais pelo valor da data escolhida e o serviço prestado não corresponde ao valor pago.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the pool looked cool. Besides that, the rest of the hotel was only ok. There was pretty much no room cleaning service, which I actually usually prefer, but in this case I would have preferred to have my waste can emptied daily since you weren't supposed to throw toilet paper down the toilet (this may be a Buzios-wide limitation). Location was good for me since I had a conference at the nearby conference center, but this place isn't close to the city center of beaches.

Hotel has modern design and was updated recently, I thought it was cool. However, the rooms are very basic and were loud - these are the only two real complaints. For the price and given the surrounding hotels in the Buzios area, I think this is a great hotel option. Staff was very nice and helpful - we could only speak English or Spanish and there was always someone there to help. Breakfast was good. Close to centro - probably about a 5-8 minute walk, but if you want to walk along the water, it's more like 15 minutes. Pool area is stylish - good hangout area.

A beautiful area the location to town was excellent. There are a lot of fabulous restaurants in town. The hotel itself is rustic with very aged rooms. The breakfasts are .good

I was disappointed the difference between the description of the room online and Hhdrskiblno

Was very nice and quiet, beautiful grounds, staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was pretty central, but without a car it's a little bit of a walk, but nothing too far.

Room was disapointingly small, but reasonable position in the resort, can walk to new or old town, staff excellent and extremely helpful, swimmingpool is just for lazing in - can't swim in it too small, breakfast very good

It's walking distance from downtown and all the beaches- which is great. it's a quaint little spot and it definitely gets the job done for what you're paying. The room had that moldy/musty feel to it, and there's a lot of outdoor noise but if you can get past that, it's definitely a great stay. There are, however, a ton of other beautiful looking hotels in the area (thats pretty much all there is in buzios), so definitely do your research.
