Great location, amazing staff!

Great place to stay, lovely big room and bathroom. Washing machine a bonus. Would recommend both for location and quality of the accommodation.

The staff were very helpful and facilities are kept clean. Our family of 5 felt safe and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed how close this location was to everything. It made our experience so easy and convenient. Very walkable area. Everything you need is right there. Amazing staff and service. I’ve seen other reviews that say the club is so loud near the hotel but that wasn’t my experience at all.

Great location which is central to Taksim square and surrounding tourist areas. It's about 15 minutes to Galat Tower and 45 minutes walk to The Grand Bazaar. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean but is smaller than the pictures suggest. Would definitely stay again for a visit to Istanbul

An excellent hotel. The location is fantastic, in the heart of a busy centre, so many places to eat/drink/shop. Only 5 mins (or less) walk from Taksim Sqr. The apartment was fantastic, clean and had all the items requested for a family suite. The staff are the best thing about this hotel; nothing was too much of an ask, they were always friendly and helped us for all requests - wonderful people, I'd happily recommend and book again if visiting Istanbul!

I stayed in a family sized apartment for 5 people and I was very impressed. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the Main Street, a stone throw away from Taksim Square and where the main shops are located. The staff was wonderful and helped with suggestions and recommendations. They organised the taxis from the airport for us and that was a relief as we could trust them. Despite the fact we were in a serviced apartment, the rooms were cleaned daily and water, tea and coffee replaced every day. Everything looked like it was just been refurbished with high standards. I’ve been to Istanbul before and pictures of hotels rarely look like reality. This was not only exactly as described but staff made it better.

Excellent place to stay for couple or friends in Istanbul! Very clean apartment, modern appliances, nice bed and AC, good view from terrace, especially loved washer and dryer in unit. Gürkan at front desk was very kind, helped get us taxi to airport and assisted either luggage to the taxi pick up point. Staff there 24 hours at reception always with a smile. Lastly, Neighborhood was central, many restaurants nearby, felt safe but also active with the evening nightlife, felt exciting and fun!

This property was in a great location close to Taksim square and there are many restaurants nearby. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and everything is well kept and maintained well. I would recommend everyone to stay at this property. Mr. Hussain, Mr. Gurkan, and Mr. Ferhat were all amazing.

Only issue was the noise at night because of the discotheque below .
