Location was great , ease of access to the Station, lots of Bars, Restaurants. NOT a place for Young children as lots of noise, beggars and the whole area smells of Drugs & Urine. Very close to walk to the main City Centre. The Lift access to the hotel lift is very poor and very slow, so long times need to wait

Old building with unkept and broken amenities. The staff was not the most helpful. And the neighborhood was a little rough. If you’re looking for a quick, cheap place, then maybe you’ll be okay with this one. But not great for extended stays.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. My room was clean and had a large window area that let in the sunlight. The breakfast offered a good variety of food which was a good start to the day. There were shops nearby as well as restaurants and the Noord Train Station. The walk into the center of the city was about 20 to 25 minutes or you could take a tram or bus. Hence, the hotel was in a very convenient spot for visiting all sights of interest.

Room very basic, not overly clean. No hairdryer or safe. A safe would have been good as very unsafe area and nothing stopping people getting into the room corridors at night. Quite noisy as opposite train tracks and derlect buildings with street gangs. A very unsafe area!

First room we had smelled like cigarette and all our clothes smelled like cigarette too but the staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room. The rooms look very rundown, the location was very sketchy lots of homeless people.

Convenient to the Nord station

Centrally located and accessible to amenities.

Shower didn’t work ,had to have a bath ! Area was very rough ,police sirens all night ,near train station so very noisy .Very run down.

The benefit here is that this is more or less directly at Brussels Nord station. So if you have an early train and you want to be out of hotel and into station quickly it’s fine. But it’s a poor quality hotel with old style. But beds were comfy and shower was hot so ok on a budget

The hotel is well located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only difficulty is that the train station is very close which in many cases it can be an advantage. However, if you're very sensible to the noise this can be a problem.
