Great location. Quick access to the freeway. Amenities very nice.

The hotel was clean overall, and the staff was very friendly. We chose this hotel because it was close to an appointment we had, and we appreciated that the rates remained reasonable despite the World Cup. We made our reservation that morning and arrived a little after 8:00 PM. Check-in was quick, but when we got to our room, the door was partially open and someone was inside. We initially thought the room had been assigned by mistake, but it turned out it was still being cleaned. The front desk associate apologized and contacted housekeeping. Shortly afterward, we were told the room was ready. However, we still found toothpaste in the sink, leftover towels from the previous guests, and a child’s handprint on one of the mirrors. Since we had been driving for over five hours and were exhausted, we decided not to complain. I don’t blame the housekeeping employee, but I do think management should do a better job inspecting rooms before assigning them to guests. One thing future guests should know is that this hotel does not provide daily housekeeping automatically. We didn’t request the service, so our towels were not replaced and the trash was not emptied the next day. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, be sure to request it.

First of all, way overpriced! I paid almost double than they would have charged me for a walk up. The property was dirty with trash setting overnight in the hallway. Carpet looks like is hadn't been swept in days. The shower door thing is a joke...opening only opposite of the valve so you better be ready to get wet when you turn it on. The bathroom door would not stay open and closed no matter what. Supplied with only 2 flimsy overused towels and wash clothes. No water in room and the ice machine was out of order. Bed was not comfortable.

Do NOT stay here. I arrived at 12:15 AM only to find out that they had given away my room that I had reserved and paid for the day before. I even confirmed my room the night before. I even witnessed the night manager calling another guest, who was on her way to the hotel… Driving… At 1 AM… And informed her that her room was also no longer. I don’t know what’s up with this hotel but I will never stay at a Holiday Inn ever again simply because of this experience. I was stranded until 3 AM in another city trying to find another hotel room. I’m going to let everybody know that I can. And I have a very loud mouth.

First thing I would comment on is the staff! They were amazing! From the front desk to the breakfast personnel...everyone was friendly, smiling, and so willing to help! Made an amazing first impression! They should all get a raise! Our room was not quite ready when we got there around 5pm and we were given two free drink coupons for having to wait. I don't think it took ten minutes before we were able to go up to our room. Breakfast was good and again the breakfast lady was fantastic! The location was okay for what we needed, but maybe not as convenient for folks who wanted to walk to services or food. Not too much close. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because our room didn't have very good lighting. I had a hard time putting on makeup as it was difficult to see. Also, the shower had very little pressure and only opened one way which made it difficult to turn water on without getting in. Otherwise, it was comfortable and fit our needs well. I would definitely stay here again, just because of the staff! So nice to be so welcomed!

Clean, large rooms and nice staff.

We had a 5night reservation at the Holiday Inn Alliance in Fort Worth and unfortunately experienced one of the worst hotel stays we've ever had. After a 15-hour drive, we arrived exhausted at 2:00 AM and were assigned a room on the 4th fl. Upon entering, we were immediately met with a strong marijuana odor. We had to return to the front desk with all of our belongings and request another room. The replacement room, located directly across from the elevator, was dirty and poorly maintained. Furniture surfaces were sticky, food stains were visible, and the overall condition was unacceptable. By the time we settled in, it was nearly 3AM. At 5AM, constant elevator traffic, slamming doors, loud footsteps, and hallway conversations made it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the shower dispensers were empty. When I called the front desk, only shampoo was provided, and I was told the hotel had no body wash available. I spoke with the manager, Jay who agreed to cancel the remainder of our reservation at no cost and assured me we would not be charged for that first night. When I requested written confirmation, he claimed none was available because the reservation had been canceled. 5-9 days later, I discovered my CC had been charged the full amt. Despite multiple calls + messages, Jay never returned my calls or addressed the issue. I ultimately had to dispute the charges with my CC company.Between dirty rooms, lack of basic amenitiesexcessive noise, and mngmt fail to honor the
