Everything was excellent. The location, the rooftop pool, the gym, housekeeping and not least the staff!

The hotel is looking a little old. Although this really didn’t change our view of the hotel and surrounding area. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided advice when needed. The area outside of the hotel is very vibrant and has plenty to do. Bars, restaurants, the beach within 2min walk, everything that you need is extremely close to the hotel.
What does need to be added at the hotel, is access control between the hotel floors. Anyone can goto whatever level they wish. This will cause a security issue at some point.

Checkin was friendly and smooth - then we were led to our room and an assault of mould smell hit us. Walls visibly wet, black mould everywhere and in the aircon vents. We asked to change rooms which was accommodated very quickly and easily with the lovely staff. Crazy however to even try and put guests in that space - it was uninhabitable.
Otherwise - VERY comfortable bed, huge space in the family suite.
