Probably our favorite hotel during our 2 week trip. Upon checkin, the gentleman who greeted us was very knowledgeable and helpful with planning a couple hikes in the area. The hotel and onsite parking, was centrally located for walking and quiet at night. The personal touches with fresh and tasty served breakfast provided an elevated experience. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel - probably the nicest of all the hotels on my 18 day trip… large room & bathroom… very quiet, far enough away from tourist area, but close enough to walk to everything… staff was great & very welcoming… would stay again

Amazing stay! The hosts Alexandra and Manuel go above and beyond. The property is cozy and close to the town center. It’s a great HQ for exploring the Dolomites in comfort.

Breakfast need more protein, eggs and meats should be served every morning.

This stay was one of my favorite ones as the room was relaxing and stylishly decorated with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was top-notch in presentation and taste. All the food and drink offerings they have are delicious. The location is perfect and the people are warm and such good hosts. I wished we had booked for more days at Casa Al Sole.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Manuel and Alexandra were exceptional hosts who made us feel truly welcome and at home from the very beginning. Their knowledge of the local trails was impressive—they even planned a fantastic hike for us, including great recommendations on where to stop for lunch and what to order. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed, and each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We would happily stay here again.

As someone who travels a lot, Casa al Sole was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable, while the breakfast stands out for its truly impressive presentation and quality. But what really sets the hotel apart is its people (dog included). The hosts and staff were warm, welcoming, and generous with local recommendations, creating a genuinely personal atmosphere throughout my stay. I went to Ortisei for the memorable scenery and hikes, but returning to Casa al Sole at the end of each day was just as unforgettable. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We have traveled to many many destination’s across Europe and the IS. This was bay far one of the best!!!! So simple and perfect! Everything was personal and effortless. Would definitely come back to the Dolomites just for Casa al Sol!
