Lugar escondido pero muy bonito por dentro. Recomiendo habitacion presidencial Jacuzzi enorme. La pasamos muy agusto. Definitivamente voy a regresar.

Cómo recomendación debe mejorar el turno nocturno, parecen molestos al atenderte, a diferencia del otro turno donde en todo momento son amables.

Unfortunately very disappointing. The main reason that i opted for the presidential suite during my honeymoon stay was for the jacuzzi tub in the room. Needless to say we did not get to enjoy that in neither of the two suites that we were given. The water was yellow with dark algae in both rooms. Very distasteful experience for my new bride and I. No apologies were given from any of the staff. Alex

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel has a lovely pool and spa if you have time to visit. The staff were so helpful and kind with anything that we asked for including arranging a ride to the airport. I also took advantage of the spa services for a facial that was provided in our room. Don't hesitate to book this hotel, Very reasonable and a good location.

Nice location with good restaurants close by. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Air conditioning however had an extensive repertoire of sounds. On reflection we should have asked for another room. I would not recommend rooms just around the corner from the lobby as noise levels in the morning can be annoying. Did not use the pool but lots of people including children were enjoying it. There is a bar located close to the pool. Breakfast not included however there is a good selection for dining in and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, although we pre-paid for the room, and paid an extra deposit of 1,000 pesos on checking in, we were asked two days before checkout for another deposit. We only went to the bar once, and had two breakfast bills. We felt that we were not trusted to pay the final balance. For this reason we will not be returning to this hotel.

Nice little boutique hotel near some really good restaurants and centrally located. Nice pool and hot tub, a small restaurant and a bar by the pool. I will stay again!

Always consistent, always attentive always clean

We have stayed here many many times although the staff changes the service always is very good. It’s a great location and the rooms are really nice. It’s great pool. Everything’s cool.
