Spacious rooms, city view on level 16 could see the sea. Large and comfortable bathroom.
Breakfast had a variety of Asian and Western options. We spent 2.5 hours at Breakfast.

Beautiful room with great view. The pool is outside on 4th floor with fantastic view, great place to cool off and unwind. We are a group are 3 adults, a couple and adult daughter and would prefer a double plus single bed option as the extra bed was short, hard to sit up in bed. Sheets and towels very nice, bed was ok comfort wise. Food at hotel was very expensive

Breakfast was extra but worth it; staff was very attentive; shower drain was clogged at our arrival but staff took care off it within a day; hallway carpet and room fixtures looked worn and dated, but room was otherwise nice and the view of the city was great; very helpful onsite tour scheduling; odd loud clicking and scratching above our room a couple of nights, but it was thankfully brief and we never found out what it was.

This review is based on the amount payed for the presidential suite. Total stay 3 nights.
Cleanliness: bath robe found to have hair left over from previous guest.
Amenities: toilet generate foul smell. Minimum items given at wash basin.
Up keeping: laminate floor pop out at certain corners creating cutting edges to feet. Carpet in room at just cut n lay on top of laminate floor.
Breakfast: pastries such as chocolate croissant are as hard as rock. Curry is so spicy and feedback given to chef with reply saying this is local dish which I understand but most guest are not locals.
Overall stay is acceptable but if taking the amount paid into consideration, the quality reference is way off.
