My wife and I booked 6 nights for our honeymoon at this hotel, hoping for a luxury experience, since that is what the hotels.com’s listing photos showed. We however only made it one night, because the place was disgusting. Upon arrival it was dirty with mystery stains on the headboard, walls, lamps, floors, and more. Our room had a dirty chair that was broken and dangerous to sit on, and there wete weird dents in the ceiling. We asked for a non smoking room but the room still reeked of cigarettes, which impacted my ability to sleep as I have asthma. They did not provide a coffee machine, only instant coffee, which is not the standard in Europe. What was supposed to be a luxury hotel was a rundown outdated hotel desperate for renovation. And after we asked to check out early (staying only 1 night out of 6 nights we had booked) the hotel refused to refund our remaining nights, thereby pocketing the money for the unused nights despite the fact that they could turn the room around to other guests. Do not trust the 8.8 star and “excellent” status on Hotels.com, it is NOT worth it!

The room was clean, spacious and lovely, with an amazing view from two balconies. The hotel was everything we needed. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Avons beaucoup aimé Nice! Hôtel très bien situé et avions une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Avons bien apprécié notre terrasse privée. Ce voyage comportait plusieurs séjours dans différentes villes de France. Nous avons très apprécié cette chambre spacieuse!! Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner au restaurant de l'hôtel une fois durant notre séjour. Avons opté pour de petits restaurants à proximité pour les autres jours. Le rapport qualité/prix du petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est décevant.

The service was amazing ~ very attentive and kind. I felt welcomed the moment I entered the door. I had a late arrival (past midnight) and the front desk staff opened the door with a smile. I didn’t feel like I was a burden since it was past the time to check in. I travelled alone so this kindness from the staff made me feel safe and comfortable. The location is perfect too!!

I had a pleasant stay. The staff (bar and cleaning) and ladies at the front desk (manager) were friendly, polite and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff quickly accommodated my special requests. I would rate the staff 10/10. I felt safe as a solo traveler. I had an amazing time in Nice and the hotel made it possible. Thank you!

The room is smells cigarettes. Even though I requested no smoking room. Another problem that they made me pay 150 euro for deposit. But when I checked out, they are delayed on returning deposits

The location is so good!

Gorgeous view with a balcony facing the water. Very large room in comparison with others hotels on the promenade. Very nice entrance with a ramp to make getting big roller bags in easier. Breakfast was included with my stay and was OK. Bathroom was very spacious, but bed was hard as a rock. Overall, I was very pleased with the value, and it was very clean and modern.

The price for this hotel is too high for a 3 star they could have added more food to the breakfast ! There was no music and no dinner and no pool . You give a lot of money but nothing much in return .
