Good location, great breakfast and nice rooms.

Nice hotel, good value, central. Reception staff were great.

I was made to feel so welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The service was excellent throughout my stay. I would certainly like to go back. All the staff were so kind and friendly at all times.

The hotel is very good. The service is great, rooms are good, restaurants are good, fitness club is good for a hotel and the location is good for the activities I wanted to do. Overall a very good hotel to stay

The staff are very friendly. Facilities are good. Restaurants are good. Location is good to go elsewhere without too much trouble.

Great hotel. Good gym and pool. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

Check-in personnel has no eye contact throughout the check-in process with her eyes glued to the screen, though check in was quick.

Was given an upgrade after we complain that the room was not cold. However it was after a complain that we have made and 2 hrs later after we insist to cancel the room. By the time we shifted it was already 1 am. I am a bit disappointed. I m particular with temperature of the room and this might be wierd with locals who do not sleep with air con on.

Good western standard hotel. Everything is fine for westerners, Noisy KTV opposite & not in city centre/downtown but fair for cost/roomsize/package/cleanliness, Staff pleasant/very attentive & happy to please. Internet speed not the best but quite good for China Hotels. English TV channels. Plenty power sockets for EU/UK Travellers

Good Place to stay, right next to Shangri-La at half the price. Now that subway line 1 is open there is easy access to main parts of the city. The rate also included breakfast for 1. The breakfast was quite good.
