We enjoyed the rich history and culture of this resort. Every single staff member was excellent, warm, very helpful. Highly recommend everyone to experience this resort. We will stay again and again

Very friendly staff, between hotel shuttle and ski rental shuttles, can pretty much catch rides everywhere. Nice to walk back to hotel, very safe.

This was the unexpected highlight of the trip. We booked here as our first location option at gala was full, and what a surprise it was. It's very Japanese for a westerner but a beautiful experience. Very warm and clean.

超讚 This ryokan has an excellent hot spring on-site. Their breakfast is excellent, and the staff were kind and accommodating. The room was quiet and very comfortable. However, most of the restaurants in Yuzawa close at 7 pm during the off-season (summer), so their shuttles don't run after 6 or 7 pm during the week. It can be a bit inconvenient.

Old Onsen with transport to pick u from station. Shopping street is at the same area as station. A little museum within the ryokan. Food is good for the price we paid. Staff recommended that We go to Yuzawa kogen the scenery is breath taking. U can get the rope way tickets at the hotel.

Located right next to Gala Yuzawa Skiing Resort, with excellent shuttle service. Their traditional Japanese dinner is great too!
