Very close to historic sites, shopping and dining options.

Excellent location to enjoy Istanbul’s Sultanahmet neighborhood tourist attractions within a short walking distance. Great places to eat close by and public transportation options within a short walking distance too.

Great location

The location was excellent, only a 5 minute walk to Haghia Sophia Mosque. The room however was tight for 3 people. We were given a room on the 2nd floor which was like a loft type with a low ceiling on one end. My husband, son and me kept banging our heads on it, i got quite a nasty bang on the second day. Despite asking several times to change rooms the hotel would not as they said they had no spare rooms. The bathroom was also tight and awkward, no space to hang clothes whilst changing. There was no lift and after a long day out walking the last thing you wanted was to walk another 2 flight of stairs!

We had a wonderful stay at Elasophia. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and we highly recommend.

Excellent location, walkable to all the major attractions. Clean and friendly staff. Great breakfast.

The room was comfortable. Would have appreciated another layer of bedding, it was very thin. The bathroom needed some repair work (cheap building materials used which are worn out). But the location was fantastic and the price was competitive. The Continental breakfast had amazing atmosphere and we could all find something to eat and enjoy.

It was a very basic hotel attached to ‘The must’ restaurant, we had a small tv, a fridge, but didn’t really work as was warm, tap was wobbly in bathroom and I stood on a nail sticking up on the floor and there is no lift and after a hard day walking it was hard work climbing up two flights to our room but it was very very clean, the bed was so very comfy and staff were nice, breakfast staff were helpful and nice man on desk, area was spot on so all the minor things didnt bother us and I would happily stay here again

Great location and staff.. only catch is it doesnt have a lift, so if you have a lil one, could be bit of an effort. Overall happy with stay, staff and room

Excellent hospitality. Mr. Mostofa, the hotel manager was a nice man and very helpful as well. He helped us a lot to get our tour packages and transport. Free breakfast was with plenty of delicious items.
