Nice stay

Parking is way too expensive. $70 a night is absolutely ridiculous. I stayed there 4 nights. I will never be back.

Clean and friendly. Restaurant on the roof. Across the street from whole foods. Would stay again.

There was zero maid service over 4 days and 3 nights. No replacement of coffee supplies, no new towels, no sheet change, etc. Breakfast was too expensive. I liked receiving a bag of bottled water and snacks on check in. Great location in DC.

This AC hotel is conveniently located to everything in Downtown DC. It's in a very walkable neighborhood and you can walk to virtually anything you want to see. Getting to it the first time is a bit awkward as the entrance for drivers is actually in an alley, but once you get the swing of it, it works. No microwaves in the rooms, but there is one on the hall next to the ice machine. Operating the shower was a bit tricky, but that's a minimal complaint. Nice and clean. Tile floors, so bring your slippers or socks. I'd stay there again.

Beautiful area, very clean hotel. Love the retail space you have places to walk and grab a coffee. Parking is hard to find and valet is available. It does get pricey with valet so do put that in mind.

I could not use the "free" wifi. You had to join the Marriot Bonvoy program to receive it. I tried signing up multiple times and it would cut me off. I called the front desk about the issue. They showed no interest in helping saying "we have wifi and there have been no other complaints." There is also hardly any storage space in the room. No draws to store clothing in. Instead a useless long bench in the room.

Great service. Great location. Wish we could open up a window for fresh air, and that the hot water was a little hotter.
