Very close to both the train station and the downtown

Staff was late to open breakfast. Basically useless when asked a question.

Property is very new which was nice. However the design of the washroom was not very good. There was not shelf to put the shampoo and soap on. The shower head was very difficult to point and so there was a lot of water spilling out of the shower area. No blow dryer and no Kleenex.

Great breakfast with lots of variety and beautiful views of the city! Very conveniently located next to the train station. Staff were super helpful when I was renting a bike and looking for recommendations of where to go.

The staff on last night were good and made my child feel like at home was good to experience.

I had such an awful stay here. The amount of noise and disregard from any staff I’m unable to give this hotel more than 2 stars. I stayed here 6 nights and one of the 6 were decent. I’m now convinced that this is a party hotel, so if this is what you’re looking for, you have the right place to stay. There was so much noise, partying, music, and loud chatter from the street below that I hardly got any sleep. There are no phones in the room to call downstairs, and I was too uncomfortable to make my way in between the people in the halls. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are not in turn to party.
