the hotel room was spotless, cleaned every day could not fault the staff every one of them were polite friendly and very helpful would definitely stay again

The air conditioning did not work. Although they let others check into their rooms early I was made to wait for the room while mechanics worked on the a/c - it was never resolved I slept in a hot room with no window that opened. The room does not have drawers and hardly any surfaces for bags and toiletries. It was approximately $400 a night. Not acceptable. Even the hotel lobby flowers smelled from dead flowers in dirty water. Don’t stay here if you don’t have to. They take advantage of travelers coming for concerts.

Paid for a late checkout and they kept waking me up not knowing I paid for a late checkout. I just wanted to sleep in.

Nice hotel in a busy part of town. No amenities and no parking. The staff was indifferent. It is a good hotel but I would probably look for other options that fit our itinerary better.

Staff was late to open breakfast. Basically useless when asked a question.

Property is very new which was nice. However the design of the washroom was not very good. There was not shelf to put the shampoo and soap on. The shower head was very difficult to point and so there was a lot of water spilling out of the shower area. No blow dryer and no Kleenex.

Great breakfast with lots of variety and beautiful views of the city! Very conveniently located next to the train station. Staff were super helpful when I was renting a bike and looking for recommendations of where to go.
