Place was great! Check in was quick and the staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. We were only there for 1 night but I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thank you!!!

Very nice clean property while staying at Heraklion, staff was always very helpful especially with parking, great location close to port and not too far from airport. Property was conveniently located near lots of places to eat and walking distance to ocean to watch amazing sunsets.

Best place to stay if you ever come to Heraklion. You won’t be disappointed.

Clean room with area being close to heart of city.

We stayed at this hotel for about a month for a business/pleasure trip, and we can't say anything but good things about the entire experience. Maria and Dimitris are two angels who run this hotel, and our stay wouldn’t be the same without them. Truly amazing people, professional, friendly, hardworking, and always helpful. We have such wonderful memories and can’t thank them enough for making our stay so easy and pleasant!

Lovely staff and communication.

Very good hotel. Having kitchen with a fridge is a great advantage if you stay for more than three nights. It’s a bit far from touristic places which is not necessarily good or bad but great thing is that there’s a bus stop nearby with a free rode to the city center. The beach is 10-15 minutes to walk. Administrators are the nicest people who were there to navigate us in our first days on Crete.

One of the best, if not the best, properties in the city of Heraklion. Walking distance to everything, central location but the rooms are so brand new that the soundproof quality makes you feel like you’re all alone, spacious rooms, i could write down all the positives for hours. Most of all, customer service and communication is top notch. Truly an advertisement for Cretan hospitality. Will book again 100% next time i’ll be at Heraklion.

We loved our stay! The hosts were so helpful and kind. The room was comfortable, very clean, and pristine. We arrived late from our flight, and the contactless entry was great!
