The hotel functions well and I enjoyed my stay. The room service food as late at night but average.
The room was excellent. I used the laundry and that was fine.

還好 Poor quality stay. Unprofessional services. Check-in was quick but with no professional touch. Room sizes are ok. The towels are old and dirty. Towels look several years old. Safety locker was locked and was not opened upon request.

不錯 Major points for improvement are : (1). WiFi is very poor, and I had to use my personal wifi system for all communications. This needs real improvement, especially as a business hotel
(2). The towels are not clean. The hotel must take care of this and insist of providing clean white towels. Also, bathroom shower is not good.
(3). Needs to provide table tissue in the room.
(4). For two guests in the room, the hotel provides only one room key. This makes it difficult for guests, especially as guests may have different meeting timing.
Overall, as a business hotel, it has to improve much. Not worth for the room rate the hotel charges.
Location is good, and breakfast is also good.
