Excellent room cleaning and wonderful breakfast

Very nice property, excellent location in the heart of Bad Reichenhall, breakfast is tasty too, rooms are nicely designed, but a bottle of water would be nice in the room, same for a fridge, bathroom is large, sadly no dividing shower door, so water spills nearly all over the floor, otherwise it's nice. Would love to stay again in the future and hope that the Ibis Styles keeps their high standards. Thank you!

Many little things like free 24 coffee machine and tea

We absolutely loved this hotel. Everyone but two staff members was amazing. The young man that works the morning desk absolutely the best. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have what you need. The breakfast staff members were amazing. There is the one lady that worked the after desk that’s horrific. She needs a new career because she is miserable and mad at the world. The young man told us he would get us more train tickets to come back in 5 minutes because we extended our stay. I come back after he went home. We asked her for the tickets. She rudely said step in front of the desk not the side. She said just use your old tickets they will work I don’t see anything. Just an angry tone. Did say good by have a nice day nothing. Just started at us with hate for no reason. But other than her we loved it there we ended up staying two extra nights. The free area train tickets were a huge plus. It’s an easy walk to the train station!

Good stay at the hotel

An amazing stay, beautiful modern hotel with exceptional amenities and very accommodating staff. Right in the middle of town, you step out the door into a beautiful park. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We had a family room and everything was great for the kids.

We have stayed at the Ibis Styles twice now, and both times we have enjoyed our stay. There are no phones or mini-fridges for the room, which is a small downside, but other than that we were very happy with our stays!

What a great location! Right in city center and close to exploring Berchtesgaden. Do not miss Almbachklamm! Plenty of places around to eat and the restaurant on site is convenient. Staff was super nice, but you do pay for parking. Highly recommend...

The wifi signal is very weak in the room and disconnects constantly. The AC is turned off so the only way to get fresh air in the room is to open the window. The smoking area is directly below the room, so the room smells like cigarettes with it open. Ironic since you have to sign a paper saying you won't smoke in the room upon check in. They 18€ for parking, which is almost 1/4 of the price of the room... ridiculous!
