the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable, the AC does not get very cold...

Great location and our suite was lovely with a large shower based on European standards. The room also had air conditioning which is a plus but the coffee maker was not working. There is car parking available on site but the process is not good - the instructions state you can pre-reserve a car parking spot on either P1 or P2 but after my husband tried to enter the P1 level and wasted 15 minutes only then did the front desk advise that level P2 was available. So all in all parking our car which should only take a few minutes took up to 30 minutes! Also, there is a what they claim a rooftop bar and main level bar, but it is self serve and not wait staff. For a hotel that charges as much as it does you would expect wait staff. Also when we checked out of our room no one cared to ask if we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was excellent. As an English speaking person in a foreign country, they were more than helpful. The breakfast was always good. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Rooms were very nice and stocked with expresso machine, refrigerator, robes, plus. Free filtered water (flat or bubbles). We had a suite, so had a large balcony on one, and a smaller one on different stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful; there are always several on duty so you don't ever have to wait long. My only request is that they get a hot tub in the spa area; currently they have a sauna only.

Very pleasant and welcoming boutique hotel

This contemporary boutique hotel is located on the edge of Stuttgart’s pedestrianised city centre. It is excellently located close to many man attractions, cafes, restaurants and bars. It is also an easy walk to the main station and the metro. Our room, a Lu suite, was beautifully appointed, quietly luxurious and had views of the square. It was peaceful and comfortable, and was also equipped with an espresso machine and small fridge which was handy. The buffet breakfast, which could be taken in or outdoors, was delicious and would cater to all tastes. Drinks for your room or the rooftop terrace can be purchased at the downstairs bar and room service can be arranged through Pane e Vino, a fabulous Italian restaurant across the lane. There is also a great bar/cafe - Gian Paolo & Marco - downstairs where they serve great drinks, coffees and light snacks. The staff were all friendly and very helpful and were happy to assist in any way. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel.
