Great location and room. Very helpful staff.

Excellent service. The room was nicely decorated and clean.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Clean, great view if situated on the back. Only thing I wish they had was a toaster and some mid size plates.

Friendly reception team and helpful throughout our stay. Facilities were reasonable and clean with lovely view of the city. Conveniently located by the Royal Mile but just away from the crowds. Would have been good to have water replenished given the price point. Overall though it was a good option.

The best place to stay if you are visiting Edinburgh. The rooms are great, the location is so close to everything you want to see and no need for a cab, but the most important part is how wonderful the staff is. They are kind and helpful and they were so understanding when we needed some extra TLC when my husband got very sick very unexpectedly during this part of our trip. Also they serve a an amazing breakfast.

This is a beautiful hotel inside and out. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room was lovely and the view was gorgeous! We absolutely loved this hotel and will visit again!

Staff great. Only issue was the amount of stairs inside the property with no other access. Breakfast was great. And AMAZING location right next to the Royal Mile!

Really cool hotel. All the amenities we wanted. Quiet, and nice air conditioning. Bagpipes can be heard in the distance after 9am but ear plugs solve this.
