The room wasn’t dirty but the floor was sticky and a little dusty. Also my fan in the room didn’t work so we had to open the window. The traffic noise though is pretty bad! There is a main street right there so I mean they can’t really do anything about it but just in case anyone is a light sleeper. Heard ambulance and motorcycles pass. It’s a good price for a day or 2.

It was lovely! The pool was great! The first day staff said we could not borrow towels for the beach. The second day we saw a sign and staff said we could, which was very helpful. It’s a small hotel, some floors were noisy, ours was not thankfully. Very close to the beach. About a 20 min walk to Balboa or a 7 min uber. Vacancy coffee & Tide Pools (breakfast burritos) are walking distance and phenomenal! Definitely would stay again!

I loved that the room is near the beach.

The gentleman at the desk was helpful. He showed us where to get fresh towels and essentials for the room.

Location was great, it was clean, they had coffee pods but just no condiments but staff assisted to get me coffee cups. It’s a loud location but convenient to the beach

We stayed for 2 weeks. We had to request multiple times to get the room cleaned. They cleaned our room 4 or 5 days out of 14. Luckily the had a closet open to guests to get extra towels. I’m not used to a hotel that doesn’t clean their rooms daily. On the positive side the price was very competitive in a very expensive area.

Ok, long day on the motorcycle, went to check in at 3pm room was still been cleaned...not great ok we'll go and grab something to eat, eventually 5:15pm I was texted that the room was ready, when we did get back to the room, TV wouldn't connect to the network and wifi didn't work. TV was in a bizarre location ie off to the left of 2 queen beds, don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel were the TV isn't at the foot of the bed, for $240+ a night expected a bit better

Rooms were kept very clean. Staff was very hospitable. Beautiful location.

This hotel is great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.. our room was clean. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach. It was perfect for my daughter and I.. I will definitely go back.
