Too expensive for what you get. I truly thought based on pictures and amenities this was a higher end hotel. It really is average and not worth the money. We were over dissatisfied with our stay.

Having stayed in many five star hotels around the world and this is one of the top experiences we’ve had. From the staff, to the beautiful room, and the magnificent views…thank you for the unforgettable experience.

A one night stop but very enjoyable.

Wonderful stay! Amazing interior design

The only issue was the air conditioning. Even after talking with staff they turned the air as low as it could be and it was still somewhat warm. Otherwise the experience was great.

Exceptional from start to end, facilities are well maintained and clean, breakfast buffet was delicious and great variety. Rooms were clean and minibar restocked daily at no cost. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Top notch!

The property and Room were fantastic for my wife and I’s Honeymoon.

Absolutely beautiful facilities and amazing customer service. The parking garage was very convenient and the breakfast was world class with great verity.

Double aspect balcony gave you the feeling of being in the mountains. Dave was almost our personal taxi driver with the amount of times we used the hotel/station shuttle bus! Dinner menu was too rich for our tastes

I visited in the last week of May and my 3:00pm check-in there was issue with the room so it took longer till 4 o’clock to give me the room. I was given 50 Frac voucher. But in Switzerland at a resort, doesn’t get too much for missing an hour. My room was a corner panoramic view of Iger. It’s a little bit expensive than a standard room even with that maintenance delayed that room‘s water glass hard, dry food stuck to it. The chips under the bed, the carpet and the leather bench holes from rips. That room is too expensive without any amenities.
