Ideal quiet location, room was spotless and cleaned daily. Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Used the restaurant most night, food and service great. Buffet style breakfast was great.

Absolutely amazed with a fully functional sauna/shower in our room.
Room was clean and tidy, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Little disappointed with breakfast as I would have preferred a full English breakfast but the continental breakfast had plenty of options

Extremely nice property if you like cleanliness and luxury in a very quiet setting.
Good food, great wine, great service.
Only drawback it is not in the center but not a problem once you figure out the outstanding Krakow public transport. It will cost you 4 zlotys to get to the center in 10 minutes.

Comfortable place, if somewhat outdated. Close to a busy road. Would probably opt for a hotel in the city center next time. The hotel is fine, but 5* (as it is advertized) is quite a stretch.
