Stayed in dec 2025 for a few days. The hotel and room was clean and the staff were very helpful and professionals.

Very nice, well maintained clean property and front desk person speaks very good English.

I booked a non-smoking room. When I arrived they provided a smoking room and was not able to change the room at all. This room was directly below the

It was an ok stay. Comfortable and clean bed and clean shower. Just as expected as per its price.

I would not recommend this place for even use it as road trip rest or break. It totally not like the picture.

An unpleasant experience- this "4 star" hotel was 2 star at best. I found two bugs crawling across the wall, the air con was extremely noisy, the bathroom very small and the room averagely clean.I had no hot water, the engineer attended but couldn't fix the problem and the Management refused to discount the price of my stay. Food was average in the restaurant and overall way overpriced.

Nice hotel near to Jubail Royal Commission

In comparison to the price the hotel is above expectations.. the service was very fast, check in and check out process were also very good. 15 min to Fanateer aria I recommend the hotel big time

If you have a plan to visit Jubail industrial city coral is the best option, but hotel not proving enough service of 4* hotels,

The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was not good. The room I took does not worth what I have paid for. The hotel should be a 3 star not a 4 star
