Excellent service very clean facility very clean rooms

This hotel has everything you want and need. The staff was so friendly

Great amenities. Room smelled like mildew, otherwise was clean

Always my number once choice when I stay in Austin. Close to downtown but away from all the business.

Clean hotel with cute rooms

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean - the carpets were stained and definitely need a deep clean but overall the room was pretty clean. We booked a king room and that was confirmed at check in, however it was a queen. Did not matter much to us but if that does matter than just be aware.

Very clean, kind staff

We were able to bring our dog for our stay and it made our lives so much easier! Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the bartender!

I booked two rooms and one of the rooms was extremely hot. I notified staff they checked it out, realized something was wrong and moved us to a different room with working AC. No complaints!

It was a really nice place
