Room was clean, staff was not very friendly, in fact when I arrived to register receptionist raised her voice u necessarily which caused some embarrassment

Needs more pillows

Some of the kindest hotel staff I've ever meet. The decor of this hotel is so chic and fancy, and it has all of the amenities you could want inside of the hotel as well. The hotel rooms were very clean and I love the passcode doors instead of doorkeys idea - I wish more hotels did this! The area is quiet and there are some interesting street markets near the hotel. The next time I come to Bangkok I will definitely stay here again!

It’s a nice hotel but it cause some cleaning services done to remove some stains on the chairs and walls. I would stay here again

Good location. Clean. Good-size room. Good shower. Reasonable room rate. Wish they don't use such flimsy, thin glasses for the bathroom, which can break just by brushing against the faucet. It will cost you 200 baht if you break one.

Very nice and clean. I love the breakfast and the atmosphere at this hotel. Staff members assisted me in fulfilling all my requests. Very considerate!

interesting concept for a hotel, very simple and clean rooms at a good price. Thing that stands out for me is the staff. they were amazing! so friendly and helpful. i had an early flight so i had to leave before breakfast opened. they made me tea and organised some fruit and toast, did what they could. its a great hotel if your staying 1-2 nights in Bangkok and i would stay again

Nice economic hotel, new and clean. Staff are very friendly. My kids love the bunk beds.
