The hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from MRT BL29 Wat Mangkon Station. There is a Starbucks, 7-11, and Thai milk tea shops downstairs, and many local food options nearby. The check-in counter is on the 4th floor. Rooms are designed in a Japanese minimalist style, with options for city-view or inner-facing rooms. The city view is quite ordinary, so choosing the cheaper room type is sufficient. Hot water pressure is strong and water temperature is good. However, the shower area lacks proper waterproofing, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. In addition, the air conditioning is not cold enough and the room lighting is quite dim, which affects overall comfort. Overall, the location is a major plus, but there is room for improvement in facilities and comfort.
