Location is quite isolated. Staff friendliness is just to the standard but not very helpful. Facility is old and not user friendly. But the breakfast is very nice and not expensive at all. Price of the hotel is nice too.

Front desk officers not that great service, need to improve on that but the restaurant food varieties are awesome!

Hotel should hire more staff for F&B department especially during breakfast on weekend, there is no one keep on eye for the breakfast reception.. guest have to wait very long or worse they can go in and go out into the breakfast without purchase the breakfast set

best ever hotel to stay with family and children..

Was a great stay, hotel staff were helpful, kind and accommodating. Hotel was clean and facilities were in good condition also. The restaurant was a little different, although the food was nice, they tended to give us whatever they had available as opposed to what we ordered WITHOUT informing us, so we were often surprised and confused when our plates were brought to the table. Some improvement on communication/hospitality would’ve made this a lot better.

Bathroom water leaking - wet floor Swimming pool - someone smoking beside and most of the swimmers did not wear proper attire Restaurant not in operation at lunch & dinner time - NO notice was given early In room Cleanliness - observe dust on table In room WIFI - Early morning of last day stay already cut the connection (doesn't make sense at all) Passenger lift - Only 1 out of 3 in operation during checkout time (waiting more than half an hour and did not see any sign of servicing the other 2 life)

Everything was good ! Love to stay here again.

Place was comfortable to stay.. Very neat I'd spent my time in perfection
