I stayed 16 nights at this hotel. Service and attention are excellent, as well as quality of the room. The only points they should improve though, being a 5 stars hotel, are:
1) Offer more options of fresh food at breakfast;
2) Organize the system to enter and leave their parking lot underground. Once you check in you receive a card to give you access, but it works 1 or at most 2 days and you may get stuck at the gate.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very clean. We were happy during our short stay. Skybar decoration and lighting ambience could be better compared to rest of the hotel design.
