Great hotel, good location in city centre

Hotel is clean and is in a busy location with limited self parking; the hotel does offer valet style parking which their staff parks on the narrow street. The hotel itself is old and shows a bit of it's age. The rooms are clean and there is a good supply of linen. The breakfast is included and was okay. There are several food options all around the hotel. We had a little trouble finding this hotel as there was a round about on the main street which has 5 exits and we accidently took the wrong one for which we had to go around to come back to the correct exit.
Overall, our stay was pretty good and the staff were friendly.

The hotel seems to very nice, but there was no cleaning service for first 3 days. Wifi is very slow or non-existent. The bed is solid as a rock and had not much sleep.

The price is too much for the actual quality of the hotel.. the room is tight and no sun from the window...
I went for late check out one hour.. and they forced me to pay a whole day.

I booked a family room for one night for me and my family. The room was awful. Cigarette smell everywhere, bathroom was disgusting, I asked for a baby cot at least 7 days in advance but was told that their was none, and that it was given away. Our 1 year old had to sleep between us, I therefore only slept 5 hours. Luckily enough I only booked 1 night.
