The room was always cleaned well and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent stay. The staff is very courteous, the breakfast is excellent. Very close to the beach. Highly recommend

The room overlooking the pool was nice, with a good view, but it was certainly not the cleanest hotel I have stayed at, especially in Thailand. The bathroom was dirty, and the net curtains were black at the bottom. And this was supposed to be a deluxe room!!! What I cannot stand is poor customer service, both at reception and service generally, with a very carefree attitude, and not what I expected from Thailand; therefore, we stayed only 1 week rather than 2 and then moved to Vista Hotel in Soi 4, (Beach hotel is in Soi 5)at the same price but service is superb.

Hotel is generic but close to everything and easily accessible for tours or day trips.

Easy access to beach road and beach, quiet street / adjoining room neighbors can be noisy.

Very good value. Location a 2 minute walk from beach, and close to many restaurants, etc. Pool area is beautiful but not heated. Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is white bread with jam and instant coffee.
