克拉克阿米爾飯店 (Clarks Amer)

All hotel is good, but

Older hotel, but still grand and authentic

This is NOT worthy of a 5* Hotel! It’s at best, a 3* caliber hotel, with lack of cleanliness/service, etc. We got the presidential suite separately for an event, and that, too, did not come close to the mark! There are multiple properties in Jaipur to pick from; would caution all against Clarks Amer!

Worst hospitality, have no understanding of front desk or even how to talk, forget talk in english. worst of all times stay.

Did not like the property and the services

It was very pleasant and everything was as expected

Was not clean, check-in was a nightmare, check out was a nightmare.. would not come again.

Very dirty hotel ....my first visit to 5 star hotel .. I was surprised to see how dirty property..

The rooms are substandard. It should not be rated 5 Star. It is misleading. The washrooms are equally disastrous. Very bad. They do not even have proper cutlery and serve in plastic plates and glasses.

Bed condition is not good, doing much sound, bed hight is very low, tv of room 808 is not having essential entertainment channel & there is no tv guide of channels was available in the room. To many mosquitos in the room 808 and house keeping not leased bother to do hit spray, only provided good night rippler after to much follow up. Length of jet spray is short of commod. Water pressure in bath tub is very low in 808 room. Hotel provided call centre mobile numbers on website is pathetic, one is continuously switched off & another is no answer. No landline number of hotel is on website.
